Concurrent calls is the total number of customer calls that your users are allowed to receive concurrently at the same time. Concurrent calls range from a minimum of 4 calls at the same time to any maximum number of calls.
Managing concurrent calls
At the time of product delivery you are allowed to select the required number of concurrent calls for users to receive at a time. These concurrent calls will be managed based on the user creation, if you are allowed to create 4 users you have been selected 4 concurrent calls plan.
