What are the steps to utilize the Auto Dialer feature in the TeleCMI dashboard?
Making bulk calls manually can be time-consuming and labor-intensive. With the help of an auto dialer, you can automate the call process and reach out to multiple contacts at once. This can save you a significant amount of time, allowing you to focus on other tasks while the auto dialer makes the calls for you.
To utilize the Auto Dialer feature in the TeleCMI dashboard, please follow these steps:
Step 1: Log in to your TeleCMI dashboard → Navigate to the 'Dialer' section
→ Click on 'Add Leads' and upload your contact list in CSV format.
Step 2: Go to the 'Campaign' section and click on 'Add Campaign' →
Set your campaign name and dialer type in the 'Search Lead' section.
Select the leads you have already uploaded in the 'Add Leads' section.
Step 3: Drag and drop the users from the right to the left that you want to take the calls.
Step 4: Click the 'Add' button to run your campaign.
You can view your campaign reports in the 'History' section.
